Lydia Gonzalez

As the Property Manager, Lydia Gonzalez is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the McCarthy Development real estate portfolio. Her responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and working closely with our vendors and maintenance team. Lydia ensures properties are maintained to company standards and assists accounting with budget preparations and financial reporting. She also participates in leasing, contract management, and construction oversight. Lydia is serving on the 2024 Board of Directors for BOMA Silicon Valley, showcasing her dedication to staying at the forefront of best practices and trends in property management. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with friends, boating, traveling, sports, and exploring the outdoors.
